Connect Metamask to the Polygon Network

To interact with FINGI's marketplace, you need to connect your Metamask wallet to the Polygon network. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Metamask wallet.
2. Click the account button (circle icon) in the right corner and go to "Settings."
3. Select "Networks" in the settings window.
4. Press the "Add Network" button.
5. Add Polygon network information, pick it from the list, and press "Add".
6. Confirm that Polygon network was added to your MetaMask wallet.
7. Deposit some MATIC (optional).

Deposit some MATIC

You don't need MATIC to start selling items on FINGI, but you will need it to buy items. To deposit MATIC into your wallet:

1. Obtain MATIC from a centralized or decentralized exchange like Binance, Coinbase, or Gemini.
2. Find your wallet address by clicking on it in Metamask.
3. Send the MATIC you bought on the exchange to your Metamask wallet address.

Now you're all set to start using FINGI! Begin by exploring the marketplace, buying and selling tokens, and enjoying the seamless integration of virtual assets with the FINGI platform.

How to Buy Items on FINGI

Follow these simple steps to buy items on FINGI:

1. Go to the FINGI Stores: Browse through the apps available on FINGI, and find the one that interests you.
2. Access the App's Deals: Click the "DEALS" button on the app card to see available items for purchase. You'll find three tabs with different types of items:
   • Special Deals: items for sale from the publisher of the app.
   • Items for Sale: a secondary market for items.
   • Tokens for Sale: tokenized items sold through blockchain smart contract (most secure transaction without any third party involved).
3. Choose an Item: Browse through the items listed in the tabs and select the one you want to buy.
4. Click "BUY": Press the "BUY" button next to the item you want to purchase.
5. Connect Your Wallet: If you haven't already connected your wallet, do so now by following the on-screen prompts. If your wallet is already connected, proceed to the next step.
6. Confirm Your Purchase: Click the "BUY" button again to confirm your purchase. Your connected wallet will prompt you to approve the transaction.
7. Complete the Transaction: Confirm the transaction in your wallet, and wait for it to be processed.
8. Receive Your Item: After a short time, the item you purchased will be added to your inventory in the "Tokens" section and will also appear in your connected wallet on the blockchain.

How to Sell Items on FINGI

Follow these simple steps to sell items on FINGI:

1. Log in to FINGI: Sign in to your FINGI account using the same email you use in the game.
2. Connect Your Wallet: If you haven't already connected your wallet, do so now.
3. Navigate to the Assets Page: Access the assets page to see the apps connected to FINGI where you have items.
4. Access Your Inventory: Click the ITEMS button for the app you want to sell items from. You'll be taken to your FINGI inventory associated with that app.
5. Find the Item to Sell: Browse through the items in the "Items" section of your inventory. These should be in sync with your in-game inventory.
6. Create a Sell Order: Click the SELL button for the item you want to sell, enter the quantity you want to sell, and set the price for the pack of items.
7. Confirm the Sell Order: Connect your wallet if you haven't already, and confirm the creation of the sell order by clicking SELL on the dialog.
8. Wait for a Buyer: Be patient and wait until someone buys your items.
9. Collect Your Revenue: Once your items are sold, collect your revenue from the Funds page on FINGI.
